The time to create your custom piece can vary based on the complexity of the design, but generally, it takes us 3 to 5 business days to craft your piece. Once your artwork is made and fully finished, we’ll carefully pack it and ship it out. Please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to arrive at your address, depending on your location and shipping method.

Each piece listed on the website will be made in the exact size promoted in the videos and product descriptions. All products are created at a 1:1 scale, which means the size you see in the videos on my social media is the same size you’ll receive. For custom pieces, I’ll create the artwork in the size that works best for you—just let me know your desired dimensions when you place your order! If you're unsure or want a specific size, feel free to DM/Email me or contact me through social media, and I’ll make it happen.

While the products listed on our website are pre-made creations that we've crafted, custom orders allow you to provide specific dimensions and bring your ideas to life in a more hands-on way. You can create characters, shapes, or designs that come to mind, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure the piece is made exactly how you envision it!
